Density Analysis - Subject Location

Expanded Demographics

This table uses demographic and existing MOB SF to measure the medical office density of small market area. Values for the location are indexed against average values for a peer group of MOBs. If the location is in one of the top 100 metro areas, the peer group is all MOBs within the metro area. If the location is outside the top 100 metro areas, the peer group is all MOBs in the state.

Each metric is calculated for all MOBs within a 1,3 and 5 mile radii from the location. The value column represents the value for the current location. The index is the value column divided by the average value for all MOBs in the peer group.
